We service the Connecticut and Western Massachusetts territory. In our trading area, we have two outside salespeople with a total of 50 years of experience calling on the residential, commercial, industrial, MRO and OEM markets. We also participate in the energy management field, providing energy solutions and lighting monitoring audits for the retrofit and new construction markets. Each salesperson is a former principal of their own agency and understands the dynamics of product training and specification work for the distributor, engineer, and end user. A major advantage of our agency is the four inside salespeople with 40 years of combined experience that supports this sales effort. Their personal relationships with our customers and market awareness provides the basis for the high service levels that our manufacturers and distributors require of us. To compliment this service level, we have installed a system of networked PC's with a server that supports the Windows system of NEMRA. We are fully e-mail capable, and are on-line for order entry and stock checking with most of our manufacturers. We can also offer computer generated design layout and analysis from specific manufacturers.
